At ESTECO we are always looking for bright and enthusiastic people to join our software development and consulting teams. Right now we are actively looking to fill three positions (described below), but even if those do not match your profile, please do not hesitate to send us your CV.

    Support Engineer - ESTECO North America - Midwest Office

  • We are looking for a support engineer to join our technical services team. Candidates should have at least an MS in an engineering or applied science discipline, and experience of commercially used CAE and CAD tools. Knowledge of optimization and process integration would be an advantage. Duties will include training and supporting existing users, as well as pre-sales support activities.

    The position is based in the Detroit area, and will involve some travel.

    • Sales Engineer - ESTECO North America - Midwest Office

  • We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Midwest office team. The ideal candidate will have several years of proven experience selling into the CAE market, and be able to work independently to increase Esteco's market share in a variety of industries. The position is based in the Detroit area, and will involve some travel.

Technical and scientific positions - Esteco HQ (Trieste, Italy)

  • M.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry for the Scientific Department. Duties: research and development, particularly study and implementation of optimization algorithms and other related numerical techniques. Requirements: knowledge of at least one programming language, problem-solving skills.

  • M.Sc. in Computer Science for the IT Department. Duties: software development. Requirements: knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably Java), team-working skills.

  • M.Eng. in Mechanical/Marine/Chemical Engineering for the Engineering and Support Department. Duties: study and solution of parametrization/optimization problems. Requirements: knowledge of at least one programming language, availability to travel in Italy and abroad.

  • Laureati in Matematica, Fisica, Chimica da inserire nel gruppo scientifico, con mansioni nell'ambito della ricerca e sviluppo, in particolare per lo studio e l'implementazione di algoritmi di ottimizzazione e di altre metodologie numeriche attinenti. Requisiti: conoscenza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione, conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Laureati in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o Elettronica da inserire nel gruppo IT, con mansioni di sviluppo software. Requisiti: conoscenza della programmazione ad oggetti (preferenzialmente Java), predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo.

  • Laureati in Ingegneria Meccanica, Navale o Chimica da inserire nel gruppo di ingegneria e supporto, con particolare riguardo per tutte le problematiche di parametrizzazione/ottimizzazione. Requisiti: conoscenza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione, conoscenza della lingua inglese, disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia ed all'estero.

La sede di lavoro sarà presso l'Area Science Park di Trieste. Possibilità di assunzione con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
